Bailey's Mosaics And Balloons is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We uses only the best quality balloons and materials. However, some balloons may pop or deflate sooner than expected. We cannot guarantee the life of your balloons once they have been delivered or picked up. Factors, such as, the weather, children, pets, different/rough surfaces, extreme hot/cold or cluttered car conditions, and/or rough handling can jeopardize the lifespan of the décor. We will replace anything we pop while transporting or during setup. Bailey's Mosaics And Balloons is not liable for any damage incurred from use of 3M Command Hooks™.
